Kerry Flower is the founder of Together We Breathe, a platform dedicated to creating spaces for individuals to reconnect with their wellbeing. With a deep passion for wellness practices, Kerry offers a dynamic blend of Vinyasa Flow Yoga, mindfulness, breathwork, and Transformational Breathwork. Kerry will guide you through daily Vinyasa Flow Yoga sessions designed to rejuvenate your body and mind. You’ll also experience mindfulness and breathwork exercises to cultivate inner peace, clarity, and presence.
There will also be an opportunity to experience a powerful Transformational Breathwork session, which can have profound effects, helping to release trapped emotions and move forward to a place of acceptance and joy.
Kerry’s warm and inclusive teaching style will support you in deepening your practice and connecting profoundly with yourself while immersed in the breathtaking landscapes of Botswana.

Kerry Flower, co-host and founder of Together We Breathe, will be on hand throughout the retreat to ensure everything runs smoothly so you can relax and fully immerse yourself in the experience. As a Transformational Breathwork coach and qualified yoga teacher, Kerry brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the retreat.
Kerry will also lead a powerful Transformational Breathwork session, a therapeutic practice akin to Rebirthing and Holotropic Breathwork. This technique is one of the most effective tools for shifting consciousness, helping you release stress, let go of negative emotions, and cultivate feelings of peace, love, and euphoria.
In addition, Kerry will provide personalized yoga support, offering guidance and adjustments to help you deepen your practice and develop postures in a safe, nurturing environment.
Designed by Tswana chef and author of Taste of Botswana Ednah Rosen, our chef prepares delicious, bountiful and nutritious local dishes, from healthy, gluten-free salads, veggie samosas, meat options and revitalising juices made with our garden's seasonal fruits.

Arrive at Victoria Falls Airport, Zimbabwe, and start your retreat with a visit of Victoria Falls town on e-bikes, followed by a peaceful evening in the town of Victoria Falls.

Start your day early with a sunrise yoga session on a boat gliding on the Zambezi river. After some relaxing free time, head to the Lookout Cafe for lunch and visit the majestic Victoria Falls before heading back to your hotel for a delicious dinner.
Victoria Falls, known locally as Mosi-oa-Tunya or "The Smoke That Thunders," is one of the Seven Natural Wonders of the World. Straddling the border between Zambia and Zimbabwe, it is the largest waterfall in the world based on combined width and height, creating a stunning and awe-inspiring spectacle.

After a nourishing continental breakfast, we'll head into Botswana and make a quick stop in Kasane for lunch. Then, enjoy an exciting boat cruise on Chobe's river front before settling down at Munga Plains for the night.
Chobe National Park boasts the world’s largest concentration of elephants, often seen in herds along the Chobe River. The park is also home to lions, leopards, buffaloes, and a variety of antelope species. Birdwatchers can delight in over 450 species of birds, making it a paradise for ornithologists.

Your first full day at Munga Plains starts gently with morning coffee followed by a yoga session.
After lunch, head to the bush for a nature walk and learn about local plants and animals tracks. Back at the camp, go deeper into your wellness practice with an evening workshop.
